North Hatley was started as a mission from Waterville but has grown to be the largest congregation in the parish. Eustis was a mission to the miners working in the nearby copper mines by the theology students and professors at Bishop's University and then became the responsibility of incumbent of Waterville. The Christ Church building was moved to the diocesan camp, Quebec Lodge, in the 1990s when the congregation became too small to maintain it and the camp was in need of a chapel. The Eustis congregation now meets in their church hall for services.
